   ႏွစ္ေပါင္း ၆၀ ေလာက္ အထီးက်န္ၿပီး ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးမႈေနာက္က်ခဲ့တဲ့
   ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကို အာရွမွာ အေလးထား အသိအမွတ္ျပဳခံရတဲ့ ဒီမိုကေရစီႏိုင္ငံတခု
   ျဖစ္ေအာင္ အစြမ္းကုန္ ႀကိဳးစားသြားမယ္လို႔ သမၼတ ဦးသိန္းစိန္က
   ေျပာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ေသာၾကာေန႔က ကေမၻာဒီးယားႏိုင္ငံ၊ Siam Reip ၿမိဳ႕မွာ
   ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့ အေမရိကန္-အာဆီယံ စီးပြားေရး ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲမွာ
   သမၼတဦးသိန္းစိန္က မိန္႔ခြန္း ေျပာစဥ္မွာ ခုလို ေျပာၾကားသြားတာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

   ဒီမိုကေရစီ အေလ့အထ ေပ်ာက္ေနတာဟာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံနဲ႔ ျပည္သူေတြအတြက္
   အႀကီးမားတဲ့ စိန္ေခၚမႈ ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ထုိင္းနဲ႔ ကေမၻာဒီးယား
   ဝန္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ေတြအျပင္ အေမရိကန္ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီး ဟီလာရီကလငတန္၊
   အာဆီယံနဲ႔ အေမရိကန္ စီးပြားေရး လုပ္ငန္းရွင္ႀကီးေတြ တက္ေရာက္ၾကတဲ့
   ညစာစားပြဲမွာ သမၼတ ဦးသိန္းစိန္က ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒီမိန္႔ခြန္းထဲမွာပဲ
   NLD ပါတီဥကၠ႒ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္နဲ႔ မတူတာေတြေဘးဖယ္ၿပီး တူတာေတြ
   လက္တြဲလုပ္ဖုိ႔ ဖိတ္ေခၚခဲ့တဲ့ အေၾကာင္း၊ ဒါ့အျပင္ တိုင္းရင္းသား
   ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ၊ ႏိုင္ငံေရးပါတီ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြ အျပင္ က႑စံုက
   လူေပါင္းစံုနဲ႔ ေတြ႔ဆံုညိႇႏိႈင္းမႈေတြ လုပ္ခဲ့တယ္ဆိုတာကိုလည္း သမၼတက
   မိန္႔ခြန္းထဲမွာ ထည့္ေျပာသြားပါတယ္။

   သမၼတ ဦးသိန္းစိန္နဲ႔ ေတြ႔ဆံုခဲ့တဲ့ အေမရိကန္ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီး
   ဟီလာရီကလင္တန္ ကလည္း ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံက ျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲေရး လုပ္ငန္းေတြ
   ေရွ႕ဆက္သြားႏိုင္ေရးမွာ ကူညီလိုပါတယ္လို႔ ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
   အေမရိကန္စီးပြားေရး လုပ္ငန္းေတြ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံမွာ
   ရင္းႏွီးျမႇဳပ္ႏွံႏိုင္ဖုိ႔ အေမရိကန္အစိုးရက အေရးယူဒဏ္ခတ္မႈ တခ်ဳိ႕ကို
   ဖယ္ရွားေပးခဲ့ၿပီး ေနာက္တရက္မွာပဲ ဝန္ႀကီး ကလင္တန္က သမၼတဦးသိန္းစိန္ကို
   အေမရိကန္ စီးပြားေရး လုပ္ငန္းရွင္ႀကီးေတြနဲ႔ မိတ္ဆက္ေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္။

   ဒီကေန႔ပဲ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကုိ ဒီေန႔ေရာက္လာတဲ့ Chevron၊ Caterpillar၊ General
   Motors စတဲ့ အေမရိကန္စီးပြားေရး လုပ္ငန္းရွင္ႀကီးေတြဟာ နက္ျဖန္က်ရင္
   ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္း စီးပြားေရး လုပ္ကုိင္မယ့္ အခြင့္အလမ္းေတြကို
   ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံက ပုဂၢလိက လုပ္ငန္းရွင္ေတြ၊ အစိုးရ တာ၀န္ရွိသူေတြနဲ႔
   ေဆြးေႏြးၾကမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ခုလို စက္မႈအင္အားႀကီး ႏုိင္ငံေတြက
   စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းရွင္ေတြ လာေရာက္တာကေန ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအတြက္ စီးပြားေရး
   အခြင့္အလမ္းေတြ ပြင့္လာဖို႔ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ရတယ္လို႔ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ
   ကုန္သည္မ်ားနဲ႔ စက္မႈလက္မႈ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားအသင္း ဥကၠ႒ ဦး၀င္းေအာင္က
   ဗြီအိုေအ ျမန္မာပိုင္းကို ေျပာျပပါတယ္။
