Well, I must admit that I have no idea what bulgur, lentils and kale are, but I do enjoy spinach and salmon. And I also believe they are healthy food indeed. As for apples, broccoli and pumpkins, they may be healthy I don't know, but I don't like them so I'll never eat those, no matter how healthy they are.
