Vegetarian vs. Vegan: What's the Difference?

It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for: What on Earth is the difference
between a vegetarian and a vegan?!

   Basically, vegetarians don’t eat the body parts of any animals, aka
   “meat.” This includes pigs, chickens, cows, sea animals, and every
   other animal. Going vegetarian reduces the amount of animal suffering
   in your diet, but vegetarians may still eat eggs and dairy foodswhich

   Like vegetarians, vegans don’t eat any animal flesh. But they also
   leave dairy foods, eggs, and any other animal-derived items off their
   plates and out of their lives. If you don’t want a single animal to die
   and end up in your stomach (or your toilet)—or in your closet or makeup
   bag—vegan is the way to go. Get this: You can save more than 100
   animals every single year just by going vegan (which, by the way, is
   easier and more delicious than ever).
