   Recorder Miller also dismissed the mitigation from White's defence
   counsel, who said that he had been “very stressed” during the
   proceedings.

   He said: “Something which makes me take a dimmer view is for him to
   complain about the stress of these proceedings after the appalling way
   he has behaved, it really takes some nerve. I am tempted to say
   'tough'.”
