Many people are busy, so this train will make it easier and more convenient for people to travel.' As well as the train line there are new apartments under construction on the island. The introduction of CRH (China Railway High-speed) was implemented in China on April 18, 2007, when trains running on exiting lines were upgraded to bullet trains with speeds of up to 155 miles per hour. Since then high-speed trains have totally transformed the country, with lines that extend nearly 10,000 miles. In 2012 China introduced the world’s longest high-speed railway line from Beijing to Guangzhou. The 1,428-mile journey would usually take 24 hours, it was cut down to just eight hours with the new line.
