We leave for Disney on the 3rd. 3 out of the 8 (my husband, self and daughter haven't been in 5 yrs) have been there and the others have not. I'm the OCD planner and I'm afraid that I will forget what we need to do, what rides to ride and where to eat. I've been going crazy with the touring plans but at the same time we don't want to get stuck following a peice of paper. I'm nervous this is going to suck for everyone. UUUGGHHHH!!! Pre-Disney jitters! :o)

Just relax, the only planning we do is for the ADR's everything just falls ointo place in the parks just check the wait times get fastpasses etc if they are available & take one area at a time.

Getting to regimented takes the fun out of it & will make you stress even more

I know exactly how you feel, only I still have three months to still worry about it....lol. I am planning our first (ever) extended family vacation and feel your jitters.

I'm sure all of your hard work will be well worth it. Remember to relax and have fun, and everything else will fall into place.

Have a fantastic vacation!!!!!

Hi Punky,

Don't worry about DisneyWorld. It's a great big fantasy, and meant to let you get away from the worries of everyday life. Just enjoy your time there. Nothing needs to be "done." Enjoy your vacation, and go with the flow. ;+)))

Just don't do Stiches Great Escape. Total waste of time! One less thing to worry about seeing.

I agree that the best thing to do is to make sure you get to any ADRs, but don't overplan everything else. There are just too many variables on transportation, weather, ride times, etc. to be able to try to fit everything into a schedule. It is vacation, and if you try to treat it like a job it will be very stressful. You really need to just go with the flow, and not get concerned if you don't get to do everything or see everything that you want to see, because it is frankly just too big to see everything in one trip unless you are there for a month.
