   POLITICS – It is often said that seven is a magic number. Or lucky
   charm. But for the left, which is scattered a few months before the
   presidential election with seven candidates, the process reveals
   nothing of a fairy tale.

   In particular, 51% (compared to 21%) of the institute’s respondents
   believe that the various left movements and candidates should unite if
   they want to reach the second round of the presidential election. A
   number that, unsurprisingly, rises to 80% among the supporters of this
   camp.
