   　　美国最为世界上唯一的超级大国，不仅拥有强大的武器装备，同时他们也有着庞大的情报网络，甚至在电影中我们也可以看到很多美国情报机构能够随时掌握
   他国的关键信息，甚至连秘密研制的核武器进程，也可以轻松知晓，虽然对于一些美国盟友国来说，这些信息都是可以共享的，但对于长期处于紧张情绪的国家而
   言，他们是如何获取这些信息呢？或者说为何美国总能掌握其他国家研制核武器的消息呢？

   　　首先需要说明的是，无论是网络论坛还是影视剧，都将美国的情报部分“神化”了，虽然他们有强大的情报网络，但这个世界上并不是只有他们掌握了这些秘
   密，很多国家的情报部门也有这样的能力，只不过美国更喜欢到处宣扬以及揪着这些问题不放。

   　　目前国际上有一个非常著名的国际条约《不扩散核武器条约》，这个条约自1968年诞生，并与1970年正式生效，最开始只有几个国家签署了条约，而
   到了2010年，参与国家的数量已经达到了189个，这个条约的目的就是为了防止核武器扩散，并提出核裁军来换取世界“核平”。

   　　虽然这个条约很出名，但它也有诸多的限制，其中最重要的规定就是只有在1967年成功试爆核武器或者已经拥有核武器的国家，才被承认为合法拥有核武
   器的国家，也就是说如果没有在1967年生产了核武器的话，那么在之后生产出核武器，一律视为非法，这也是为何美国总是揪着伊朗不放的原因。

   　　同时美国作为世界上第一个拥有核武器的国家，它也不希望利益冲突的一方制造出核武器来威胁它，所以他就每天都会对这些国家进行威慑，正所谓扛着正义
   大旗的恶人，也算是半个好人，而且美国利用在国际上的影响力，四处拉拢盟友跟它一起制裁他国家。

   　　那么美国是如何知道其他国家制造核武器的呢？

   　　首先美国会利用天上了几颗间谍卫星每天24小时观察其他国家，并且对铀矿地点进行追踪，如果发现这个国家有开采铀矿的嫌疑，那么美国就会对这个国家
   进行渗透。

   　　而且美国最厉害的地方在于，它有一颗能够专门识别核武器爆炸后碎屑、漂浮物能力的卫星，也就是因为有这种卫星的存在，美国才可以随时随地的识别这个
   国家到底有没有核武器。

   　　除了每天侦查以外，美国还会在其他国家安排情报人员，调查是否有人会购买铀-235.这是因为很多国家就算有铀矿，可能在数量以及质量上都无法满足
   制造核武器的需求，所以他们就会去别的国家买，所以如果掌握了这个线索的话，那么想要锁定购买国就很简单了，这也是好莱坞间谍电影中非常常见的桥段，比
   如某个军阀联系军国商购买核弹，那么美国特工就会潜入军火商的基地，并成功摧毁核武器，这其实也是有很多原型的，只不过这些消息被封锁了而已。

   　　除了以上这些招数以外，核武器生产需要大量的电，当年美国为了制造小男孩，据说消耗了当天美国三分之一的用电量，使用大量离心机才最终完成了制造，
   这个耗电量有多大呢？是一个地级市电量的总和还要多。

   　　当年我国兰州铀浓缩厂，为了提纯铀，使用了上万台离心机才最终成功，而这个耗电量相当于一个小镇一年用电量的总和，所以说耗电量非常大。

   　　那么一个城市的耗电量猛增的信息被美国人发现，那么就有可能会怀疑这个国家正在制造核武器，而且有理有据，毕竟一个城市根本没有办法会出现那么大的
   耗电量。

   　　当初伊朗想要制造核武器被美国发现，其实就可能有以上几个消息被美国掌握，所以才被进行了制裁，而且最重要的是美国自己也知道核武器这玩意确实厉害
   ，如果敌对国家掌握了这种武器，没准哪天就给自己头上来上一发，那么美国可是要吃大亏的，甚至会影响到更多的问题。

   　　所以美国一定要利用自己的优势来打压其他国家，也只有这样才可以让美国高枕无忧。
